Traffic Administrator – Orkney Depot



A position has arisen in our Kirkwall office for a full-time Traffic Administrator.

Working closely with the Depot Manager, you will assist in providing a high quality service to ensure fast and efficient operations throughout the Company.

You will mainly be responsible for administration functions relating to daily operations, planning and data input. You will also be working closely with customers, keeping them updated on services on a day to day basis, so good communication skills are essential.

This position requires a high level of computer knowledge and the ability to work with multiple software systems at a time, on top of a good general understanding of basic computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.

Successful applicant will be a highly organised and motivated individual.

This role provides a varied career with a chance to gain experience working in a busy environment.

Basic knowledge of road transport is advantageous but not essential as opportunity for training available.
