Spotlight on Standard of Service

Northwards maintains very high standards of service: ISO 9001 (Quality), environmental standards: ISO 14001 (Environmental), and health and safety of employees and those that interact with the company: ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).

The company has held ISO standards for many years, as part of a group award with parent company, Sea Cargo. More recently, the Northwards team decided that they should go through an individual audit process and demonstrate the standards of service that the company could achieve in its own right.

We were very pleased to receive certification in December 2023.
