Within each depot Northwards has staff who are trained and focused entirely on making sure that the customer experience is exceptional and that your freight is delivered on time, every time.

They may call you to see if there is anything we can help you with, they can provide you with quotes, handle any bookings and provide you with any updates that you need so that the consignee can make any arrangements necessary.

Our approach to sales is not driven from head office and is typically locally led by people who either live in your community or have an understanding of where you are delivering to.
