Support Services

Our customer service and operational staff at our depots are well trained, and are given the tools they need and have the authority to make decisions locally, without the need to escalate within the organisation. We trust them to make those choices and, by doing so, improve our responsiveness.

They are supported in areas such as HSEQ and HR compliance, IT, marketing, finance, and the accounts functions, where we have specialists based in Bergen, Lerwick and Aberdeen.
